  • Guests are not allowed to park boats, trailers, campers, or other equipment on the Broadmoor property.

  • Sorry, no pets.

  • No smoking, vaping, or e-cigs in condo or on balcony. 

  • For your protection the property is under 24 hour surveillance.

  • Must be 25+ to rent.
